Our clients must furnish us with all the relevant contact names and telephone numbers to help our call centre operatives respond correctly. If you do not have a list of tradesman to carry out essential repairs then over time RFC will find some suitably qualified tradesman and instruct them to carry out essential repairs once rates have been agreed.
RFC will take the call to your dedicated phone we have for your out of hours emergency response.
RFC will get a understanding of the problem and if we can’t talk the person through the problem we will call one of your dedicated tradesmen to deal with the problem .
Once we have contacted the tradesman and he has agreed to take the job if required we will call the person back and explain to them what we have done and what time to expect a tradesman.
Once the job is fixed we will then email the client and explain to them time of call details of person who called and from where and how we dealt with the issue. This way when the client turns on his or her email the next day full report of what happened and is rest assured dealt with properly by RFC .
